At MDC Foods we offer an extensive range of pasta, rice and potato products, which are produced at our two factories in Belgium. All products are available in a variety of shapes, sizes and packaging formats to suit the individual customer’s requirements.

Pasta

A complete range of pasta shapes are produced at our purpose built facility.

Once produced, the pasta is blanched and IQF frozen. The results are a marked improvement on dried pasta which is not improved by the extra processes needed in the journey from the factory to fork.

Our pasta is at its best when regenerated in a pan or microwave.

Our pasta products come in a number of different variations including:Penne, Rigatoni, Spirelli, Conchiglie and Macaroni.

Rice

Simply cooked rice is immediately frozen and packed.

The range encompasses white, basmati, mixes such as white and wild rice for risotto dishes. Packs are designed for Foodservice single or multi portion.

Various packaging sizes and formats are available including bulk packs or single portions. Sizes and formats can be adapted depending on the specific needs of the retail customer.

Potato

Natural potato products, simply cooked and frozen ready to be a useful part of the chefs mise en place.

All our potato products are cooked and IQF frozen. Potatoes can be whole sliced, quarter halves and even with or without skin. All products are available in various sizes depending on the specific needs of the retail customer.
