From varying grades of sweetcorn (including supersweet) to peas, carrots and spinach, MDC Foods offer high quality IQF frozen vegetables.

At our manufacturing plant in Belgium we produce in excess of 100,000 tonnes of frozen vegetables and a range of organic products with Soil Association accreditation. We firmly believe that we cannot produce the highest quality frozen vegetables unless we start with the best raw materials. Our dedicated team of agronomists are focused on achieving this; from field and seed selection, through to growing and harvesting, we control all aspects of crop production. Throughout processing, our focus is on quality and we are now able to supply a complete range of ready to use products.

A selection of mushrooms are available from our supply partners producing more than 25,000 tonnes per annum to a broad range of industries. These are a perfect alternative to canned products alleviating the need to decant and removing the risk of microbial activity associated with fresh chilled mushrooms. These are free flowing and ready for immediate use.

Mediterranean

Sourced from our own factory, in Portugal, we offer a variety of ready to use Mediterranean IQF frozen vegetables, including peppers, aubergines and tomatoes - perfect for ready meal usage and a favourite for pizza toppings and sauces.

Produced in a modern production facility located in the fertile lands of the Calabria region in Southern Italy, we offer a range of value added flame grilled vegetables perfect for immediate usage in complete ready meals, salads, pizza toppings and sandwiches or an authentic touch to Italian sauces. An innovation in the ingredients industry, the range of grilled vegetables has experienced significant growth since launching in 2005. We are always looking at the next innovation as an addition - our NPD team are at the forefront of trends and development working closely with new and existing customers.
