Our Parilla Vegetables are grown in Spain and Portugal, in the best growing region for Mediterranean vegetables, by our partner company Monliz.

The fertile soil and the temperate climate are ideal for consistent, even crop production and growing high quality product.

Vegetables are sun-ripened in the open air (not under plastic or in greenhouses) and are only picked when ready, this gives our Parrilla range its vibrant colours and flavours.
